Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY -
Scents by Sophie offers local delivery within a 7 mile radius of Grimsby. Once you have received your 'order fulfilled/complete' email you can expect your parcel within the following 2 days. Due to COVID 19 government guidelines all local deliveries are contact free. Where possible please leave a 'safe place' for us to leave your order in the instance you are not home, in the comment section at checkout. 

 

POSTAGE-
All postal orders are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class and should arrive within 3 working days. Due to the current situation with COVID 19 please bare with us as some postcodes are still experiencing delays.
